and modern elegance. While we ensure the highest standards of quality, if something doesn’t feel right, our
transparent policies are here to support you.
1.Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery (domestic & international).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories
intact. - Non-returnable items: customized or altered garments, discounted/clearance items, innerwear,
accessories, and personal-use products.
2.Open Box Delivery Policy
- We provide Open Box Delivery to assure you of the correct product, size, and quantity at the time of
delivery. - If you accept delivery without open box checking, a clear unboxing video (from start to end, without
cuts) is mandatory for any return request. - Returns without open box verification/unboxing video will not be accepted.
3.Return & Exchange Process
- Raise a request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@theauvoria.com with Order ID & reason.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions.
- Ship the item back:
- Domestic Orders: Customer to ship product to our return address
- International Orders: Customer must bear return courier charges, duties, and any applicable taxes.
- After inspection, exchange/refund will be processed.
4.Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Eligible for full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
(domestic) or 10-15 business days (international). - COD Orders: Refunds will not be processed to bank accounts. Instead, customers will receive an Auvoria
Cashback Coupon of the same value (valid for future purchases). - Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
5.Damaged or Defective Products
- Incase of damaged/defective items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund (including shipping charges) after verification.
6.International Orders — Additional Terms
- For international customers:
Return shipping, customs duties, and local taxes must be borne by the customer. - Ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage
- Compliance with local import/export rules is the customer’s responsibility.
